Refund policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If for some reason you don't love your new pieces, we are happy to exchange for another item. Items must be returned in their original unused/unworn condition within fourteen (14) days after the date on which the order was received. Please note, your original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return postage, packaging and other costs shall be paid by the buyer.

Any returned items that are damaged or incomplete will not be exchanged and will be sent back as-is to the buyer, at the buyer's expense.

To process an exchange or refund, please send an email to hello@shopcherrygardens.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. All sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE.

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
