Where do you ship?
Cherry Gardens ships internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be to received and processed, in addition to shipping time, which varies depending on where in the world you are.

What currency do you charge in?
All product pricing is listed and billed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments will show up on your statement in your local currency. Please note the current exchange rates - it might even work in your favour!
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards, as well as PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
*Due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we have extended our return policy. Items purchased now may be exchanged or returned through to the end of June 2020.*
If for any reason you don't love your new pieces, we are happy to exchange or refund your item. Items must be returned in their original unused/unworn condition with tags attached within fourteen (14) days after the date on which the order was received. Please note, your original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return postage, packaging and other costs shall be paid by the buyer.
Any returned items that are damaged or incomplete will not be accepted and will be sent back as-is to the buyer, at the buyer's expense.
To process an exchange or refund, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.
What about sale items?
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. All sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
